If you need support with the service or your map, please include as much detail as possible on the problem, at a bare minimum we will need the web site address where you are using the map. In addition to the web address it would be beneficial if you included the image number (right click on the map or place holder on your web site then click on Properties to get the map number), and an accurate description of what has happened and when.
